2.3 Guardian of Piri

On the planet Piri there is seemingly complete contentment for, on Piri, there is the Guardian and its Servant.  Once you gaze into its comforting light you will be lost forever unless John can find a way to break the stranglehold it has over his fellow Alphans.

Editor’s Note:
Even if this episode was earlier in the original series, for continuity purposes, its character development, the planet and story fit better later in the series. Some edits were needed to correct errors (mostly on the planet Piri).  The flying camera first shown in Matter of Life and Death makes its second appearance on a survey mission when Koenig explores the planet. Again, this has been created to explain some of the different camera views seen in Main Mission.  Also, Alan’s Eagle has been modified with a stowing pod which allows his eagle to connect with another one.
